Join two of Integral Yoga’s most engaging and experienced teachers, Reverends Lakshmi and Paraman Barsel who will be visiting Australia from Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville, USA. Suited to both new students and seasoned practitioners:
Start the New Year with inspiration from these two wonderful teachers. We will begin with some kirtan (chanting), then Paramam and Lakshmi will speak on a number of topics including two of the classic yogic texts – Lakshmi will give an introduction to the Bhagavad Gita and Paraman will explore some of the key teachings from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. They will also share with us about their work with Yoga in prisons, talk a little on their personal journeys as long term yoga practitioners and address any questions we have. The Barsels are truly fabulous speakers with a wonderful capacity to bring the teaching of Yoga alive in ways that are both profound and accessible – we really hope you can join us.
